jadeneclegg I'll be here when you're ready. But in case it's not clear, you don't need to even open the game again in order to provide the dxdiag. It will have all the same information in any case, with the possible exception of the list of Windows errors, which will be the last ten that happened. So while the dxdiag might not list all the recent Sims 4 errors, if they exist, we can get started without that data.
