Gallary keeps crashing my sims
When I enter CAS to add or make new Sims, it works fine, but when I open the gallery, it crashes my Sims immediately. Same with building. The gallery crashes my game. Has anyone experienced this since the update?

Mllepajl Sorry for the late reply. Please check your antivirus for any recent actions involving Sims 4 or the EA App. If you find one, whitelist whatever you see there.
If that doesn't help, are you able to test with a different internet connection? For example, if your computer has wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network. The idea is to find out whether the problem is your connection or something else.
