Gallery Connection

My gallery is giving me so much trouble every time when I load into the game and click on gallery it’ll connect and I can see other people creations and everything but right when I click in the middle on my profile to see the Sims that I had uploaded to my gallery it will take so long and then it will say do I want to connect to the Internet and I will say yeah, and then it’ll spin and it says unable to connect to Internet, which is a lie because my Internet connection works fine What should I do?
