Gallery Corruption

So i just got my Data-Drive Switched over from one laptop to my newer laptop… when i went to play the game, everything works perfectly fine but when i go to download files from the gallery there’s big red “X’s” on EVERY single Thumbnail and when you click it, it says “Items are Corrupted” “would you like to delete”. mind you these are PUBLIC uploads so im in dire need of help ive reset my entire game…replaced files, Uninstalled and reinstalled my game…idk what’s wrong…i believe ive deleted my cache files but idk if thats why or what…smb PLEASE help me..

    SleezySlumber  Among the troubleshooting steps you've tried, have you moved the existing Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and NOT put anything into the new one?  That would be the next step here.  And to be clear, this happens no matter whose content you're viewing?

    If that doesn't or didn't help, please set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or the entire Bin folder they're in.  Set one for EADesktop.exe as well.

    yes my entire gallery even from public uploads  is marked with big red x’s! idk if i deleted something i shouldn’t have but that’s what it is…. everything else works fine my mods and tray files….only thing that DOESNT work is my gallery

    it didnt work…..my whole gallery is still Marked out..

    SleezySlumber  Do other people's uploads have the same issue?  And is SleezySlumber your Gallery ID?  I can take a look at your uploads myself.
