Gallery downloads corrupted

Hi there,

all my gallery downloads, mostly wall art, are corrupted. They ask if you would like to remove, I clicked yes and nothing happens. If I click yes again an exception happens and when I try to download the same pictures again it says they are already in my library. Is there any way I can get the corrupted pictures back or is there a way I can delete them safely please. I do have mods and cc.
