hello can someone please help, my gallery out of no where stopped working, it’s showing red crosses over anything put on the gallery and won’t let me download anything, i looked it up and it said to add an exception on to my antivirus so i did along with my fire wall but nothing worked, and someone said to delete the local thumb cache but still nothing :(
Veraquee What exceptions did you add to your antivirus? You'd need to add TS4_x64 or TS4_DX9_x64 depending on whether you're running the DirectX 9 or 11 version of Sims 4; if you're not sure, add both. It's a good idea to add TS4_Launcher_x64 as well, and EADesktop.exe for good measure. For the game .exe files, you can add an exception for the entire Bin folder if it's easier.
If this doesn't help, please let me know what antivirus you use.
