Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello,

A good amount of years ago, I bought the Sims 4 and Cats & dogs add-on in Walmart. The codes worked perfectly fine, but I lost access to my account for a while and I am finally gaining access to it again on a different computer. I looked in my library and I only saw the Sims 4. When I try to redeem the code again to see if it would load, I get that the code was accepted but already redeemed. Does anyone know if there is any way around this or am I going to have to deal with the loss?

I've merged your post into the current main thread on this issue- it does sound like your DLC code was redeemed on a separate EA account than the account you're currently logging in with. Live support can take a look and help locate where your code has been registered to, please reach out to that team here for more help on this.
