Game breaking bug (ive tried everything :C )

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
@crinrict bad news. steam told me none of my files were corrupted and the game still plays the same :C btw additional info: i dont have a save on my game and every time ive redownloaded it the game remains the save so i dont think its the game itself that has the issue but idk what does lol XP

As said above, after renaming you will need to start a new save game. Your saves are still in the old folder.- @crinrict i cant create a save because my screen freezes when i open the game
- @MmMeeeeoooowWwW4 So it doesn't freeze when you try to load a save game but on the main menu ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
