As said above, after renaming you will need to start a new save game. Your saves are still in the old folder.

@crinrict i cant create a save because my screen freezes when i open the game

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
