Did you show EA the proof of purchase?
Give these a try:
The game no longer shows up in Origin
Try the following things:
- Restart Origin.
- Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
- Reinstall Origin.
- Restart your router/modem.
- Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))
- Get in touch with an EA Game Advisor.
ive tried to take with an EA rep and have gotten no response. ive tried to live chat and nothing. ive looked in all the filters, uninstalled and reinstalled origin, logged out and logged back in, checked my email, everything. ive tried all the suggestions youve given and still nothing.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues to get in contact with our advisers. Could you tell us which problem are you having with the chat? Does the chat window not open?
There are other contact methods you could try, like telephone, Twitter or Facebook.

It seems to be a connection issue then @cmcMCMXCIV1. I can see you have two accounts, could you make sure the game is not in this account instead of the first one you used?
