Game Constantly Crashing

I pre-ordered business and hobbies and ever since my game will not stop crashing. Sometimes I can play 5 minutes and  sometimes 2 hours but it will just randomly shut down. I have tried removed The Sims 4 folder so it repopulates new when I start the game, but that  did not work. My game still crashed.

Drivers are all updated as well. I have no idea what is going on. I might try uninstalling B&H pack...

I played the other  day and every sim was bald! 

Help?! I am going insane over here.

    Still happening a week later... the only thing I have not tried it completely uninstalling.... I figured that would take forever.

    dmcocchiara  Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while and am still catching up.

    Most of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag look like those associated with high-end Intel processors that the motherboard can sometimes overclock by default.  For some boards, a BIOS update has fixed the issue, so look for a new BIOS for your board.  I can't tell from the dxdiag whether one is available though.  To search yourself, find the board model, google "[model name] drivers," and click the MSI support page.

    If you don't have a new BIOS available, or installing it doesn't help, try disabling CPU Turbo Boost, which would be under the BIOS Advanced settings.
