Game Crashes after The sims 4 loading screen

my game has been having some issues for a while now and i’ve tried everything that is possible to try and fix my game as before it wouldn’t let me save my character in CAS and play the game so i did some things like clear the cache that’s a package file and other things that were okay to do, now my game won’t even load up and comes up with a “not enough memory” error message but i’ve ran an integrity check on the files through steam and it still won’t work. Just trying to find a solution as i have spent a lot of money on this game for it to just bug out :(

If anyone has any suggestions please help. Thank you

  • Lilsss2004  The out-of-memory error is most often triggered by an overly-protective antivirus.  So please check yours for any recent actions, and set exceptions/exclusions for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe.  Even Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access can be a problem.  You can find instructions for CFA and a couple other popular AV programs here:

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
