Game Crashes in Build Mode after a Few Minutes of Playing

The game loads fine. I will play for a few minutes in build mode, as I only build in the Sims, and the game will crash completely. I can rejoin quickly and play for anywhere between 1-10 minutes, but it will crash again. I have no mods downloaded past or present and the only CC is some photographs my sims took and I hung up. I did use bb.moveobjects for most attempts but there was at least 1 crash without.

The steps I've taken: I've tried working in a new save file, closing all my other tabs, reloaded multiple times, checked performance on Task Manager, a high of around 80%.

No error messages.
