Game crashes randomly

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for StrangerVille, tiny living stuff pack, and moschino stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game normally
What happens when the bug occurs? The game completely closes with no warning or error sign. I can't find a common ground to when it happens but as I play it just completely shuts the entire game down. This has been happening since the Eco living was installed and is still occurring even after the latest update.
What do you expect to see? I would expect the game not to shut down or at least have an error if it did.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. after downloading Eco living and still occurring after the new patch to fix bugs was downloaded.
No error so I cannot take a picture of this error. Sometimes I can play for a few hours and no problem and other times it happens every 10 minutes or so. I keep loosing all my hard work.
