Redeemed codes for 2 expansions pack not appearing in library

The events:

1. I bought Codes to Business & Hobbies and Life & death (and 3 other expansions)
2. Entered the codes for redemption on the EA website
3. I got a message saying it had been added to my library
4. But when I check my add-ons within the EA App > the Sims 4, I can see the other expansions I purchased today, but not B&H and L&D
5. When I try to redeem the code again it says the code has already been redeemed (presumably by me in step 2)

What I've tried

1. Restart the app
2. cleared the cache
3. log in and log out
4. redeeming the codes again
5. Checked the codes were valid in my location (they are)

But no luck.

Any suggestions?
