Heres the error code it gave me
"Error: 740
Elevated permissions are required to run DISM.
Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.

You need to use the “Administrator” version of the PowerShell > “PowerShell (Administrator)”.
Or is this a standard Windows account you use?
