Game crashes when I try to add a new sim to family

Sorry for the confusion, I was meaning to say a different computer in the sims game. I've only ever played sims on my laptop.

Is there a way to single out what cc it is in particular?

    Thank you so much! I actually just finished doing that method and found the one pesky package that was ruining everything!
