Crashing constantly - Tried DX11, turned off Hyperthreading, still crashing

DxDiag is attached. I have no mods. Just a fresh install of the base game via steam.

Longest it stayed stable was about 45 minutes as I built a house, then it crashed immediately after I tried to switch to live mode.

Crashed when I left for work. Crashed when my sim was mid-activity. Basically just crashing nonstop.

Your setup should be fine, but given that the monitor plugged into the board is the first one listed in your dxdiag, meaning Windows has decided it's the primary monitor, it's possible the game doesn't like this setup.

If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia graphics driver.  One of your drivers has crashed a few times recently, it's not clear which one, but if it's the Nvidia driver, that could definitely take Sims 4 down with it.  Here's how:

If that doesn't help either, please update your BIOS.  I believe this is your board:

Your current version is 2503, and the newest one is 3001.  The Sims 4 python37_x64.dll crash in your dxdiag is common on high-end Intel CPUs and is sometimes resolved with a BIOS update.
