Game crashes when in CAS

tyuiop13579​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

tyuiop13579​  Are you getting BlueScreens while playing, or does only Sims 4 crash?  I ask because most of the errors your dxdiag lists are BSODs; there's only one Sims 4 error, and it's too generic to be of much use.

For now, look for an update for your motherboard's BIOS.  Find the exact board model, google "[model name] drivers," and look for the support page from the manufacturer.  I think it's this:

But your dxdiag lists your BIOS version as FB, and there's nothing that matches on the page unless this really means F12b.  There are a few ways to find the version within Windows or the BIOS too, and if one of those comes with a date, you can compare it to the release dates of newer versions.
