Sims 4 crashed after system update

Hello everyone,

I see we all are having the same issue since EA did the update. Unable to load the Sims 4 due to a invalid liscense issue. Like most I reached out to EA and got the same replies. Clear cache, go to this site, have another PC user load the Sims 4 and open your account to see if it's your account or your computer, delete the game and reinstall after saving a copy blah blah blah..

EA in the meantime is blowing smoke up our collective bottoms and having us do their jobs for them by figuring out what the issue is and we are not even being paid a consulting fee for our help.

I made a recommendation that EA should write a program that gives all registered EA members a new valid game liscense to fix this issue but was disconnected from my help support chat by the AI chat bot 🤔.

I recommend that we as a community fund a lawyer and start a class action lawsuit against EA to force them to fix the issue that we all know is the source code because it is outdated and in desperate need of repairs or for all the money and time we have invested in the game.
