Game crashes when loading into any lot

Title says it all, whenever I try to load in a lot, either for live mode or even to build buy mode, the game completely crashes before I have the chance to do anything

I've tried various solutions to fixing my game: removing all mods, repairing the game, restarting my pc, but the problem persisted. I tried recovering my save to before this problem began, but the same thing occurred.

I was able to play the game when removing all my sims 4 files from my documents to my computer, but once I moved my save file into the game, it began crashing again.

I'm thinking it could be a problem with my save, but I've never run into this problem with any save before, so I don't know how to fix it. I'm attaching two crash reports below, one with the mods I have installed, and one without.

    MysticaMoonlight​  Sorry for the late reply.  To be clear, if you move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts, launch the game to create a new folder, and move only your save to that new folder (absolutely nothing else), the game still crashes when loading any lot at all?  Please test this if you haven't already and let me know what you find.  You can copy the save instead of moving it if you want to keep a backup.

    Please also let me know whether a new save is fine, with no mods or cc present, after you've saved your progress, quit, and restarted your computer.
