game crashes when opening the game

Hi! This is a recent problem that I'm facing when trying to open my game up. It was fine and working today but when I wanted to play for a while, it crashed when it got to the sims 4 loading screen. I'm not really good at anything tech but, I have tried to repair through Stream, clean out cashe, and try to see if there's was anything from the files. Though, it's still crashing on me and from looking at the recent posts on this sub-discussion... I may be not the only one with this problem.
