ViciousMegZ You can definitely disable the EA App on startup, although that won't help with resource use while you're playing Sims 4 since it has to be open anyway. I would also disable both HP entries, both Microsoft Teams entries, and the ms-teams entry at the end of the list. If you only occasionally use your VPN, disable it too at startup. If you're frequently syncing your mobile devices, or letting them sync automatically, leave that entry enabled, but disable it if you're not doing this very often. And disable OneDrive if you're not using it, but leave it if you are.
It's also a good idea to check the Task Manager whenever you've been using your computer for a while, or using a lot of other apps, and then want to open Sims 4. Other apps might stay open or leave a background service running after you're done with them. Or just get in the habit of restarting your laptop every time you'd like to play.
