Mizu_Yukionna Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows a number of errors that may or may not be related to Sims 4. There are several crashes of onelaunch.exe, which I believe belongs to OneLaunch, a Windows utility that has far-reaching effects on the system. So I would suggest removing it or disabling it, if that's possible, to see whether Sims 4 works better without it. Even if you have no intention of getting rid of it permanently, this is a useful test.
If that doesn't help, do you use ReShade or anything similar? What about files in ConfigOverride? (Your old folder might have some too.) If you have any of this, please remove it and repair the game, then test again.
If that doesn't help either, try forcing the game to use DirectX 9 mode, just as a test. Check the box in the lower-right area of the graphics settings and restart the game.
