FiercePet What lots are you playing on? Does the game crash in a new save on a blank or default EA-made lot in one of the base game worlds?
The crashes in your dxdiag look like what we often see on high-end Intel processors that the motherboard may overclock by default. Sometimes a BIOS update fixes it, and it looks like your BIOS version is a bit old, so please update it as well. I believe this is your computer:
