My Sims 4 game has started freezing briefly and then crashing straight to desktop with no error message. This began before the latest update and is still happening after updating. I play on PC via the EA App with no mods or custom content. The crashes happen in Live Mode, and I’ve already repaired the game and cleared the cache with no change. There's no clear trigger. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?
System details: Windows 11, EA App up to date, issue occurs across multiple saves and fresh sessions, no mods/custom content.
Wildstripe Do you still need help? There's nothing in your dxdiag that explains why Sims 4 would be crashing, but that's no surprise if removing a broken mod fixed the issue. I do see a number of system errors, including a couple of BSODs, so I'd suggest using the Dell support site to check for and install any outdated system drivers. This is the page for your laptop:

You can let the site check for updates if you'd rather not do so manually.
