Weekbacanbot1 The immediate issue is that the game's DirectX 9 mode doesn't get along well with your graphics chip. So please force the game to run in DX11 mode instead. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
Memory management may also be an issue though. While 8 GB RAM is enough for Sims 4, having the system itself use over 5 GB before you open the game means there isn't a lot left over, especially since the graphics chip will also borrow from RAM.
I would suggest going through the Task Manager's background processes list and disabling anything that doesn't need to start with Windows. That doesn't mean these apps won't work, only that they won't open on their own. Examples include Edge and Teams, maybe some Acer registration software, and updaters for other apps where you'd get an update notification the next time you open the app anyway. Feel free to post a screenshot of the startup list if you want to know exactly what to disable.
Once you've disabled everything you want to, restart your computer again and see how much RAM is in use with nothing else open. It should be more like 3 GB.
