Game Crashing right at main menu

I have taken the follow steps and I am getting nowhere.

1. Basic System & Game Checks
Reboot the PC to clear temporary glitches.

Ensure the PC meets minimum system requirements.

Run as Administrator (right-click EA app or Sims 4 and select “Run as Administrator”).

Launch the game directly from TS4_x64.exe (bypassing EA app).

✅ 2. Game Installation Checks
Fully uninstall The Sims 4 and reinstall from scratch.

Install the game to a different location or drive to rule out disk errors.

Ensure no mods, tray files, or saves are loaded (clean Documents > EA > Sims 4 folder).

✅ 3. Clear Cache & Temporary Files
 Delete local cache folders:

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\cache

localthumbcache.package

 Delete Origin/EA App cache:

Clear manually or via AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming.

✅ 4. Update & Install Dependencies
 Update GPU drivers

 Install/update:

DirectX (run dxsetup.exe)

Visual C++ Redistributables (2010, 2013, 2015–2022 versions)

.NET Framework

✅ 5. EA App Troubleshooting
Uninstall and reinstall EA App completely.

Disable overlay features (EA App settings).

Disable automatic updates and cloud saves temporarily.

✅ 6. Graphics & System Configuration
Reset options.ini to default or delete it to regenerate fresh settings.

Ensure no GPU overclocking or undervolting.

Temporarily disable AMD Adrenalin software overlays.

✅ 7. Advanced System Checks
Check Event Viewer logs for crash codes (e.g., 0xc0000005).

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic (to rule out bad RAM).

Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair system files.

Check BITS and DCOM permissions (relevant to EA App/Origin backend services).

✅ 8. Safe Mode and Clean Boot Testing
Boot into Windows Safe Mode with Networking.

Try launching Sims 4 from Safe Mode.

Perform a clean boot to rule out startup service conflicts.

✅ 9. External Conflicts & Compatibility
 Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall.

 Check for background apps interfering

Set game to run in Compatibility Mode (e.g., Windows 8).

I am at wits end
