Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I am having the same issue and have attached the DxDiag for you to review. My computer is verified up to date as well as my drivers. I do not believe this is a computer issue but rather a software issue. I am using the EA App to play. Please let me know if there is anything further you would like me to send. Thank you Trish
