Game crashing when trying to open household with "for rent" property

chelceec​  I would suggest changing the lot to residential, saving the house to your library, bulldozing the lot, changing it to some kind of commercial property, then saving/quitting/reloading before trying to place the build again and move the household back in.  Sometimes these things get stuck for no apparent reason, but a zoning change, so to speak, may clear that up.
