Game doesn't load family - goes back to world

Hello, 

This issue predates the current sims update

The game is  not loading the family and staying in the loading screen even after hearing the music that plays when usually your family/lot loads

There is no custom content and no mods 

Attached is the lastexception file (it had too many characters to paste)
