Game Files Being Deleted and Crashing

Hi, I don't know if this is happening because of recent updates, but one of my weeks-long game saves randomly disappeared when I tried to save and exit the game. It's completely gone; I can't get it back now. And the game I just started to replace crashed when I tried traveling to a lounge in the Get Famous world. After closing the game and relaunching the entire save, it is useless. I cannot load my game to play; it keeps giving me the same error code: 123:df2cfc6d:57cf6bbb, and it is recommended that I relaunch the game. I am frustrated as I have made so much progress and worked hard on this sim's storyline. Has anyone else experienced this? This has never happened to me before, and I have had the game since its release year.
