Game files missing???
For context I took out my trays,saves, screenshots,mods since one drive was messing up my game. Now this is all I have left some reason, I never took out anything else except the ones I listed. Sh...

LoneFox113 Did you get rid of OneDrive, or at least tell it to stop syncing your data? If so, that explains what happened—OneDrive moved your files off of your computer to cloud storage. You should still be able to see the files on onedrive.com, either in My Files or the Recycle Bin.
It sounds like you preserved everything important though, so you could also just start the game to create new versions of the missing files, then restore what you saved.
However, if you did something else and your data disappeared, it would be best to address that before trying to play again. In this case, please let me know exactly what you did, or tried to do, so we can figure out how to prevent this from happening again.
I followed one comment to repair the game and nothing changed
Here is what my sims files currently look like, I'm thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling to fix this cause this is all I have currently
