Game forces me to download the Legacy Edition from Origin

I tried to load up the game from both the game itself and from ea app. Both times I got the same error. And the error said that I should download the legacy edition. I never had this issue. I could ...

Now the game advised me to use the 32 bit one I NEVER needed the 32 bit one. Never.
