Game Freezes and Crashes
After this most recent update, when i launch the game after i get the pop up message about the Sims Express Delivery, when i click cool thanks my game freezes and crashes. How do i fix?

I was able to add the Sims game as an app exclusion for my AV and now my game is working. THank you!
I use Total Defense and checked for any recent actions involving the Sims 4 and there is nothing showing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now.
LadyD33 There isn't a current Sims Delivery available, so you shouldn't be seeing the message at all. It's possible your antivirus is blocking the game from checking, leading to your seeing the message in error and also causing a crash. So please check your AV for any recent actions involving Sims 4. If you only use Windows Defender, be sure to check Controlled Folder Access as well if it's enabled.
You can also try taking the EA App offline—that may block the connection and therefore stop the game from checking for an SDX update. This will cut off your access to the Gallery though.
