Game freezes on beginning loading screen

Question

When I open the game it goes to this screen and just freezes. I was downloading cc but didn’t add it to the game yet so there’s no mods or cc installed. I’ve tried everything and I’m losing hope. Please someone help me

SaRavm5321&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag.&nbsp; Please plug your monitor into the graphics card instead of the motherboard as you've currently done.&nbsp; Do this with the PC shut off, then reboot and try to play.
