LycheeBeetleBard Please remove your Mods folder and test a new save. If it helps, test your main save with the Mods folder still removed. You don't need to save your progress, and not saving means your save won't be damaged by the missing mods and cc. But it's important to find out whether this helps.
I've seen enough reports of mods still affecting the game when script mods are disabled to know that it's critical to actually remove the Mods folder, or everything inside it.
