Game freezing and crashing to desktop

Hi! Could really use some help troubleshooting. Prior to the autosave update, I began experiencing repeated freezing which would then be followed by the game crashing to desktop. I ran through a whole lot of testing - removing all mods and cc, playing in a new save file and updating my drivers but it kept happening. After the autosave update, things were running very smoothly so I thought the issue was fixed and slowly began introducing some mods again. Now it's happened again, exact same pattern so I don't think it's caused by mods. I really don't know what more to try at this point. Crash report and Dx report attached - please let me know if I can provide more information. Thank you.

    Thank you for helping to narrow down the issue! I have reinstalled and updated all my drivers and all is well again.

    Miss_ClassySass​  Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists a number of crashes of a component of the graphics pipeline.  Before you do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, however, please confirm that the crashing happens with your Mods folder removed.  If that's still the case, here's how to remove and reinstall the driver:

    The dxdiag also lists one crash of the USB 3 driver, so please unplug all your USB 3 devices and restart your computer.  That's usually enough to fix the error, as in, you can reconnect everything afterwards and it should be fine again.
