Game freezing at exactly 4:05 am, idle animations continuing

The game just started to freeze on me today, at exactly 4:05 am {4:07ish if I'm able to fast forward time}. My sims will move their heads, trees/plants will move, but I can't click anything at all. I can enter build/buy but exiting doesn't fix the issue. I can't go to the map, if I try my game just stays frozen on the loading icon. I tried to go into another household and the same thing happened, brand new save caused the same thing. I already took out all my mods and cc to see if I just needed to 50/50, but even a totally vanilla game has the same issue. I've also already tried clearing my cache, and repairing my game in the EA app.
