Hi. Please, can someone help me?
My game has crashed several times since the last update. Mods are disable. I repaired the game and renamed the game folder, but when I tried to play, it crashed again. I've been playing in Innisgreen.

Rucklia Is this still in Innisgreen? As I mentioned, there are some problems with that world, and with fairies, that can cause crashes unrelated to any system issue. I don't want to tell you not to use any of the new content, but I also can't promise there's a way to use it all while keeping the game stable.
The error code 0xc0000005 means access violation, which is too generic to be of any use on its own. The error info often includes other details that make the problem clear, for example if the faulting module is a component of the graphics driver or something else that can be removed or replaced. But when it points back to the game, that could be anything from an in-game bug to mods to conflicting software to a hardware problem. (I don't think you have a hardare problem; I'm just saying it's that generic.) So that's why the best way forward is to test various in-game options and contexts—if it's a game issue, you can probably narrow it down to a particular context if not an exact cause.
Thanks for the clarification. This weekend I’ll test with a completely new save in another world (not Innisgreen) and without any fairies, just to see if the crashes still happen. I’ll share the results here once I’ve had some time to play.
I am also experiencing this issue recently as of the last few weeks. Been going down the list of trouble shooting from new saves, new worlds, but the next step is a fresh install. I don't play with mods or cc.
Nixlit Did you remove the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts? That would be the next step here. If that doesn't or didn't help, I'd like to see a dxdiag.
You can of course test a fresh install first if you prefer, or maybe you already have.
Yes, and I tried a fresh install. That didn't work, but I did actually narrow it down to the Enchanted by Nature world across save files. No issue with others or fairies in other realms so far. I'm currently testing whether it's fairies or any sim in that area.

I do think the pond lots are more sensitive, as is the treehouse lot, but that doesn't mean the others are fine in all contexts.
