sarmorrison19 This is typically related to an old graphics driver. So please update yours. If you don't know how to do so, and your laptop has an AMD graphics chip, you can use the auto-detect feature described here:

If you have no idea what GPU you have, or need further help, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
