It's perfect, actually.
One of the memory dump's displays an error that is probably related to corrupt system files:
- Hit Windows key and X at the same time.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: (You can copy and paste the following bold/cursive text.) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth
- Press ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- Press ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: sfc /scannow
- Press ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
The error in the other memory dump's is more complicated, because it indicates a hardware problem.
Did you in any way overclocked the CPU or changed CPU settings in the BIOS?
Go to the support page of your laptop: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Predator_PHN16-72
Update to the newest BIOS V1.17.
Then, after you restarted the machine update the chipset driver:
| Chipset | Chipset Driver | Intel | 2024/01 /29 | 10.1.46.3 | 5.89 MB |
Restart the computer and test the system for a wile.
It is possible that the game and the restart problem are unrelated; the above mainly addresses the restart problem.
Please let me know if this helps with the restart problem and if it also helps with the game problem as well.
