Game keeps closing unexpectedly

HI I have been playing the Sims 4 and it keeps closing unexpectedly!! I have no mods installed, I have tried repairing the game via the EA app, taking away the save folder in docs and starting fresh...

nikkihodby91 Do you still need help? Most of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:

It's also worth updating your motherboard's BIOS. I believe this is your board:
