Game keeps crashing.

Two days ago, I was playing my sims game and it crashed loosing all my progress. Ever since then I haven't been able to get into my game. I bought a laptop just to play the sims. Its been working for almost a year with no problems besides glitching which I have no issue with. I don't know why its no longer working. Please tell me someone has a solution for this. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it and this is my last resort. I have attached the DxDiag to this so if someone could please tell me what's wrong.
