game keeps crashing in CAS

NChairco  Are you still having crashing issues?  If so, please let me know whether this happens with all sims, or only with specific types, for example mermaids or aliens.

Please also run and post a new dxdiag.  This one is missing almost all of its data.  Make sure the dxdiag is finished running (the green progress bar in the lower-left corner) before saving the info.
