game keeps crashing not sure what to do:(

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have been trying to get this game to work for like 3 days now. I don’t have an amazing computer just a windows laptop with windows 11 that used to run sims 4 just fine. I deleted the app for awhile but i just tried to redownload and play 3 days ago and it will not let me play for more than 5 minutes without crashing. I checked my graphics driver and everything else it seemed like i needed to check but it still doesn’t work. it seems like my computer is compatible so im just kinda stumped right now. I also took all of my mods out so i know it’s not an issue with any cc or mods. at least i think so lol. anyways any advice would be deeply appreciated!!!!!!

    bellawalker18​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
