RissRissRoss2​  Thanks for the dxidag, and yes I would have asked for one had you not provided it.  The dxdiag makes the issue clear, or at least one of the issues: your graphics chip and driver are not fully compatible with Sims 4 in DirectX 9 mode.  So please switch to DirectX 11 mode instead.  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
