Game Keeps Crashing

So not entirely sure how to go about this but I've tried fixing it and I'm not entirely sure what the problem is so hoping someone might be able to help. My game keeps crashing. It's been doing this...

SrgtMarsmallow​  Sorry for the late reply.  I've added your thread to the list for EA to look over, but I couldn't tell you when this might be addressed.  I'd suggest playing on other lots for now.
