The game keeps freezing for about a minute every 1-10 minutes.
When it freezes in the lifemode the game keeps playing in the background but I can only see the frozen frame.
I haven't had any issues with Sims 4 on this pc before.
I sometimes have mods and cc in my game but not at the moment.
I have repared the game and tried a clean gamefolder, but the problem is still there.
Is there anything I can do?

If you're still seeing this issue, does it happen in all saves, in all households (including previously unplayed ones) in one save, or only in one specific household? Please test if you haven't already.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
