game keeps freezing

There's a few bugs with my game. when I load in my game keeps crashing and exiting the game after a few minutes, I've tried to repair the game, restart my pc, clear cache, and deleting mods none have worked. Another glitch is when I move my camera to turn, zoom in or out my game freezes and won't let me exit the game it'll be frozen until I completely turn my pc off and back on and when I try to load back in the game, the same thing will happen. Lastly, whenever I travel, my game freezes. I'll load me into wherever I travelled to and after seconds my game will freeze. this has been going on since the first February 2026 update.

    itzeljasmine25​  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see which problems are still present.

    Please also provide a dxdiag, for reference.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
